As we try and find a way to return to playing billiards in Rochdale safely, we have to decide beforehand when we think it is safe to start or resume playing following a further suspension.
Your Chairman & I have had a lengthy discussion regarding this point. We both believe that for the league to resume safely the local infection rate for Rochdale should be at a certain level. If the infection rate exceeds this number then all play will stop immediately until it falls back below our accepted level when games will resume.
